Sharon Osbourne's rep dismisses marriage problem report

Sharon Osbourne's representative has dismissed reports the star's marriage to Ozzy Osbourne is in trouble.

Editors at Britain's The Sun ran an article on Sunday (14Apr13) claiming the couple has been living apart and had not seen each other in three weeks. Photographs also show the Black Sabbath star and his wife without their wedding rings.

A spokesperson for the family matriarch has confirmed Sharon Osbourne is living in a hotel for "work" purposes, while her husband is busy with his band, but insisted their marriage is fine despite arguments between the pair.

The rep tells the newspaper, "They've both got huge work commitments. She is at the hotel for work and he is starting his Black Sabbath tour. Of course they row but they are still together.

"Sharon and Ozzy have spent long periods of time apart before when she was working in the U.K. The marriage is not on the rocks."
