Selena Gomez selling her tattoos on tour
Selena Gomez is giving fans the chance to copy her body ink by selling temporary versions of her tattoos on her upcoming tour.
The Come and Get It star is heading out on her Revival Tour next month (May16), and has been teasing her followers on Instagram with shots of what they can expect when they see her in concert.
Among the sneak peeks are snaps of the merchandise which will be
available for purchase at the gigs, and on Wednesday (20Apr16),
Selena revealed her minimalist tattoos will be part of the
swag.
She posted a photo of herself next to a sheet of the faux body ink,
while the star lifted up her shirt to show off the real tattoo on
her back, which is the phrase "love yourself first" in Arabic.
Selena added the caption, "All of my tattoos will be available..
Each and every one of them mean so much to me. @revivaltour /// --I
have 7 tattoos (and counting)."
The star had the Arabic body art inked on her in 2014 by celebrity
tattoo artist Bang Bang McCurdy, who also serves as the go-to
tattoo artist for Gomez's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
Many fans believe her tattoo was the inspiration for his latest
hit, Love Yourself.
The other tattoo designs include the music note on her wrist, the
quote "God Who Strengthens Me" on her right hip, and the Roman
numerals "LXXVI" on the back of her neck, reportedly dedicated to
her mother Mandy, who was born in 1976.
In addition to the temporary tattoos, Gomez has shared shots of a
t-shirt, sports bra and booty shorts, all branded with "Revival",
over the past few weeks.
Selena kicks off her world tour on 6 May (16) in Las Vegas.
