Ryan Murphy wants to write a musical for Paltrow
Glee creator Ryan Murphy is making plans to work with Gwyneth Paltrow again by writing a movie-musical especially for the actress.
Murphy previously directed the Oscar-winning beauty in 2006 movie Running With Scissors before giving her a recurring role as singing teacher Holly Holiday in his hit TV show, while Paltrow also showed off her vocal skills by starring as a washed up country musician in last year's (10) Country Strong.
The writer/director has now revealed he hopes to team up with Paltrow again on the big screen in a special project and he also hopes to include a part for another of his friends, Maya Rudolph.
He tells E! Online, "We want to do a musical together. An original - I want to write an original movie for Gwyneth and Maya Rudolph, both of whom I'm great friends with. That's all I will say."
He adds, "I loved Country Strong."
