Rob Kardashian charged with battery over photographer clash

Rob Kardashian has been hit with two misdemeanour charges after an alleged altercation with a photographer in March (13).

Kim Kardashian's little brother has been charged with battery and petty theft relating to a bust-up with Andra Viak, reports TMZ.com.

The 26-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was sued by Viak over allegations he ripped the memory card from her camera during a spat after he caught her snapping him as he emerged from a Los Angeles gym.

She claims Kardashian was furious because she had taken shirtless photos of him.

Kardashian claims he lashed out because Viak had trespassed onto private property to take the snaps.
