Ricky Martin offers to play for free if Mexico beats Brazil

Ricky Martin has given Mexico soccer manager Miguel Herrera and his team a big boost ahead of the World Cup in June (14) by offering to perform for free for fans if the squad beats Brazil.


Martin is showing his support to the Mexican team as it plays the host nation in their second Group A game on 17 June (14), and The Livin La Vida Loca singer is doing whatever he can to boost spirits.


In a tweet to Herrera on Tuesday (29Apr14), he wrote, "IF MEXICO WIN IN BRAZIL I'LL PUT ON A FREE CONCERT IN MEXICO."


Mexico and Brazil are also teamed up with Croatia and Cameroon in one of the toughest groups at the 2014 World Cup.
