Prince William helps name Jessie Ware's new dog

British singer Jessie Ware is indebted to Prince William after he helped name her new pet on Monday (02Mar15).

The Wildest Moments hitmaker met the British royal in Shanghai, China at the Great Festival of Creativity, and she took to Instagram.com to share a snap of herself shaking hands with him at the event, along with the caption, "absolute bezzie (best) mates".

She later revealed on Twitter.com that not only did she get the chance to meet the Prince, but the dad-to-be even had a hand in deciding what Ware should call her new pet.

She wrote, "Prince William just named my puppy for me...what a guy!"

Ware did not disclose the name Prince William, who served as an opening speaker at the festival, chose for the pooch.
