Pamela Anderson writes poem about divorce
Actress Pamela Anderson penned a poem about splitting from husband Rick Salomon for a second time, confessing she knew it was "wrong from the start".
The former Baywatch beauty wed the film producer and poker professional in 2007, but the couple had the union annulled two months later. They called it quits yet again last week (03Jul14), when Anderson filed legal papers to end their marriage after just six months.
Now the actress has opened up about the split by sharing an
emotional 1,200-word poem on her Facebook.com page.
Although she never mentions him by name, she appears to question
her decision to remarry Salomon, writing, "What have I done...? I
knew it was wrong from the start - primitive - base instinct..
Never marry a rich man... A mirrored action. obsessive love...
unhealthy, hopeless- knocked sideways"
Anderson, 47, continues to reflect on the broken relationship,
admitting that she fell for the idealistic marriage she had hoped
they would have, confessing, "I love being in love - but
expectations, make it impossible to be happy- or satisfied... I've
tried... so hard.. maybe it's not in fashion- Tradition...just
seemed so romantic...
"I guess it's a used up ideal - or the old fashion... not modern...
No man knows what to do with me- I blame myself"
"Against my better judgment- fell for it- dammit- it all backfired-
It doesn't feel good to be used, neglected, ignored -
controlled.... I'm not doing this- It's humiliating - I have to
turn this around".
Anderson was also previously married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid
Rock, while Salomon became infamous for co-starring in Paris
Hilton's sex tape, One Night in Paris.
