PAGE KENNEDY GIVEN TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

Actor Page Kennedy has been hit with a temporary restraining order after a woman accused the star of sending her harassing messages.

Tiffany Muller alleges she met the Blue Mountain State star in May (10) but nothing romantic happened between the pair.

Muller claims during one meeting with Kennedy he "tried to touch me and take my pants off and I would push his hands away and tell him to stop".

She states she's since received messages from Page Kennedy on Twitter, iChat, BlackBerry Messenger and texts to her cell phones, and a judge recently granted her a temporary restraining order.

However, Muller wants to make the order permanent and a further hearing is scheduled in Los Angeles Superior Court on 29 December (10), according to TMZ.com.

Page Kennedy's representative says, "At no time did he present a credible threat of violence and his suitor actions were misperceived (sic) as stalking."
