Olivia Culpo confirms Nick Jonas split with 'heartbreak' post

Beauty queen Olivia Culpo has thanked fans for their messages of support after confirming her split from singer/actor Nick Jonas.

The couple began dating in 2013 after meeting at the Miss USA competition, but last week (begs15Jun15), Jonas reportedly called time on their relationship.

The former Miss Universe has since opened up about the sad news in a post on Instagram.com, revealing she is nursing a broken heart but will be OK.

Taking to the social networking site, she wrote, "Your heart just breaks, that's all. Heartbreak is hard but you find more and more things to be grateful for every day. One of those things is all of you.

"Thank you all. Yes I'm going to be okay and I love u guys so so much."

She added, "every day is a blessing".
