Noah Wyle in talks to reprise role in The Librarian

Actor Noah Wyle is in early talks to reprise his role in TV movie The Librarian for a 10-part series adaptation.
The ER star played Flynn Carsen, a geeky librarian-turned-ancient artefact protector, alongside Bob Newhart and Jane Curtin in the 2004 film, which spawned two sequels, and now producers are planning to revamp the franchise for a new generation of fans.
The Librarians will center on a group of young men and women vying
to become Wyle's successor.
Production is slated to begin in April (14) in Oregon. Newhart and
Curtin have also been approached to return for the TV series.
