Nick Lachey snaps up Jenni Rivera's former home

Pop star and TV personality Nick Lachey has bought late Latin singer Jenni Rivera's former home in Encino, California for just over $4.1 million .
The seven-bedroom estate, which sits on four acres, will be Nick and his wife Vanessa's new California base.
The property news comes just weeks after the Lachey's offloaded his
former bachelor pad in Los Angeles for almost $4 million .
The new owners reportedly wrote to Jenni Rivera's family, thanking
them for the home and promising to look after it.
Jenni died in a plane crash in Mexico in December, 2012.
