Nick Cannon linked to TLC's Chilli

Nick Cannon has reportedly been secretly romancing Tlc star Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas over the past few weeks.

Mariah Carey's ex-husband is said to have moved on to another R&B singer after insiders tell E! News the two have been discreetly "hanging out on the low" recently.

"They've been friends for some time and just recently this summer they have been hanging out romantically," the source adds.

Nick, 35, and Chilli, 45, reportedly bonded over their passion for music and long time in the industry, with the insider saying, "Chilli is a very mature woman that's been around the music industry for sometime and gets it. Nick has always had a crush on her growing up. He thinks she is beautiful."

But the source insists the relationship is still new, and Nick and Chilli are taking it slow and also dating other people.

Nick split from Mariah in 2014 after six years of marriage, during which they had five-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.

Mariah has moved on with billionaire James Packer and is set to marry again after the businessman proposed in January (16).

Chilli, who has a son with producer Dallas Austin, previously dated R&B hunk Usher in the early 2000s.
