Niall Horan: 'I'd marry Selena Gomez'

Niall Horan has fuelled rumours he is dating Selena Gomez by admitting he'd love to marry her.

The One Direction singer has been at the centre of speculation of a romance with the 23-year-old star for the past few months, with recent reports suggesting the pair was seen kissing at a party following The X Factor finale last weekend (12-13Dec15).

Niall, 22, did little to dispel the allegations when he and his bandmates filmed Carpool Karaoke for The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Playing a game of who Niall would "sleep with, marry, or go on a cruise with?", James gave him the options of Selena, Demi Lovato and Tina Fey.

The Irish singer was forced to admit he could see himself walking down the aisle with Selena, before choosing Tina to sleep with and Demi as his cruise partner.

Carpool Karaoke has become something of a phenomenon since James took over hosting of The Late Late Show earlier this year (15). The host drives his guests around Los Angeles while chatting with them and singing their songs karaoke style.

As Niall and bandmates Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson joined James in his car, they also had time to discuss more serious topics, such as the group's hiatus.

One Direction broke the hearts of millions of fans worldwide when they announced their intention to take a break from the music industry, but Liam insists it's something the boys really need to do.

"Well obviously, it's quite, like, a scary thing," Liam said. "We haven't really stopped for five years. But I think, more than anything, were going to miss being on stage and stuff. But we haven't seen our families. My parents are actually coming to live with me for a little bit, which is nice."

"It's going to be interesting for all of us," Louis, who's expecting a baby with his ex Briana Jungwirth, added. "It's going to be interesting to see what each of us do as individuals throughout the break. I think it's going to be cool."
