Miss Colombia still reeling from pageant humiliation

Colombian beauty Ariadna Gutierrez is still recovering from her Miss Universe pageant flub, during which she had to hand the crown to a rival.

Miss Colombia was named the winner of the big show earlier this month (20Dec15) and handed the crown, sash, and a bouquet of flowers, but her big moment came crashing down when pageant host Steve Harvey realized he'd named the wrong girl - and Gutierrez was actually a runner-up.

"It was very humiliating for me, but also for the whole country and for all the people not only from Colombia but the other Latinos that were in the auditorium," the 21-year-old told W radio network.

Seconds later, Gutierrez was stripped of the title, which was given to Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach.

And now she admits she agrees with controversial former Miss USA pageant boss Donald Trump, who told reporters he felt organizers should have named Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines co-winners.

"For the first time, I agree with him," she said.
