Miranda Lambert designing footwear range
Country singer Miranda Lambert can add designer to her resume after teaming up with a footwear company to create her own range of women's shoes.
The House That Built Me hitmaker has partnered with Rich Footwear Group to launch a new line of shoes, which will be rolled out across the U.S. and Canada next year (14).
Lambert is no stranger to retail - she opened her lifestyle store
The Pink Pistol in Tishomingo, Oklahoma last year (12), but the new
venture will mark her debut as a designer.
She says, "From country to rock n roll my goal is to style shoes
that fit your inner outlaw. Being involved in the creative part and
hands on development of my footwear brand is a dream come
true."
Rich Footwear Founder and CEO Gary Rich adds, "We could not be more
thrilled to be developing this line with Miranda. Her taste is only
rivalled by her talent."
