Miley Cyrus wins restraining order against fan

Miley Cyrus has won an emergency restraining order against a fan who insists the pop superstar speaks to him through the radio.
Devon Meek was arrested last week (ends18May14) in Los Angeles and while in police custody, he told officers he will never stop hunting Cyrus down until she "accepts him or he dies", according to TMZ.com.
He also explained the pop star told him she "adores" him in one of
her songs.
The 24 year old is now in custody at a mental health facility and
he has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Miley.
