Miley Cyrus in talks to play Bonnie Parker

Miley Cyrus is in talks to play one half of the famous crime duo Bonnie & Clyde in an upcoming TV miniseries.

Bosses behind A+E Networks are producing a four-hour miniseries about classic outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, who robbed banks during the Great Depression, and the former Hannah Montana has been tapped to take on the leading role.

Bonnie & Clyde, penned by Blown Away scriptwriters John Rice and Joe Batteer, will be executive produced by Golden Globe winner Craig Zadan and Hairspray's Neil Meron, according to Deadline.com.
