Miley Cyrus fangirls over sister Noah at iHeartRadio Music Awards

Miley Cyrus made her support of sister Noah clear as she introduced her at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, wearing a "I Heart Noah" top and holding a sign to match.

Noah, 17, is just starting out in the music industry and has received critical acclaim for her track Make Me (Cry), on which she teamed up with Labrinth.

She performed the song at the ceremony held at The Forum in Los Angeles on Sunday (05Mar17), and enlisted the help of her superstar sister to welcome her onto the stage.

Miley couldn't resist showcasing her love for her sibling as she presented Noah, while decked out in an ensemble dedicated to her sister.

She then sat in the audience with her mother Tish, with the pair dancing along as Noah belted out the emotional track.

Noah told Entertainment Tonight (ET) ahead of the music awards that she was excited for everyone to see Miley's outfit, adding: "She has surprised me with the funniest, most amazing thing in the world, I love it so much. She's been nothing but supportive for me so I can't wait to have a sissy night with her."

Performing at the ceremony was arguably Noah's biggest gig to date, and the enormity of the task wasn't lost on the teenager.

"I'm so excited (to be here)," she added to ET. "I remember a few years ago, I came here to watch Ariana Grande and I was just starting to write my music, and I was like, 'It's gonna take me forever to be able to play the Forum,' and I put my single out in November. So for me to be able to go ahead and play the Forum after one single being out is super amazing and I feel super blessed to be here."

Other performances on the evening came from stars including Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry, who made her debut as a single woman following her recent split from Orlando Bloom.

Adele was one of the winners on the evening, taking home the Female Artist of the Year award, while Justin Bieber took home the male gong.
