Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth spark reconciliation rumors

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have sparked rumors of a reconciliation after they were spotted kissing at a music festival in Australia, according to a report.

The controversial singer split from The Hunger Games star in 2013 after five years together, but they were apparently spotted kissing and cuddling at the Falls Festival in Byron Bay, Australia, on Saturday (02Jan16).

Editors at Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper report Miley and Liam were seen walking backstage with Liam's older brothers Chris and Luke, along with their wives. The group was allegedly surrounded by security guards as they watched Brit band Disclosure.

Liam posted a photo with his brothers on Instagram.com on Saturday, with the caption, "Best brothers. Best mates. Best night!!! Happy new year everyone! @fallsfestival @disclosure".

Falls Festival posted Liam's family photo on Twitter.com shortly afterward, with the caption, "The Hemsworth brothers dropping in at #fallsfestival last night with pal Miley Cyrus", which seemingly confirmed the Wrecking Ball singer was with Liam.

However, the tweet has since been deleted, but the festival later posted a link to a story on an Australian news website which reports that the couple are back together.

The pair met on the set of 2010 movie The Last Song, and have spoken affectionately about each other since they split. Liam said in a recent interview, "You fall in love with who you fall in love with; you can never choose. I mean, look - we were together five years, so I don't think those feelings will ever change."
