Miguel to pay tribute to Michael Jackson at Grammys

R&B star Miguel has been tapped to pay tribute to Michael Jackson at the upcoming Grammy Awards.

The Grammy winner will perform the King of Pop's hit She's Out of My Life in memory of Jackson's 1979 breakthrough album, Off the Wall.

Miguel will have a special guest joining him on stage, as keyboardist Greg Phillinganes, who played on the original track, will serve as part of the singer's backing band.

The tribute coincides with the reissue of Off the Wall, due out 26 February (16). The commemorative package will also include director Spike Lee's new documentary, which chronicles the pop star's journey from child star to music icon.

The 58th annual Grammy Awards will also include tributes to Lionel Richie and late musicians David Bowie and B.B. King.

The prizegiving will be broadcast live from Los Angels on Monday (15Feb16).
