Miguel sued over stage dive

Miguel has been sued by a woman who claims she was injured when the R&B star dived off stage and landed on top of her at the Billboard Music Awards in 2013.
The singer was performing at the Las Vegas prizegiving when he attempted to jump over a small crowd of dancing fans, but he bashed into two females as he landed.
He is now being sued by Cindy Tsai, who claims she also injured in
the incident. She alleges Miguel landed on her head, sending her
crashing into the stage.
She has filed a lawsuit against the singer and bosses of the MGM
Grand hotel, where the awards were held, accusing them of
negligence and demanding compensation for her medical bills, pain
and suffering and lost wages, according to TMZ.com.
