Marissa Jaret Winokur shows off dramatic weight loss

Actress Marissa Jaret Winokur has credited her Retired At 35 co-star Josh Mcdermitt with spurring her on through her weight-loss journey.

The former Broadway star was photographed flaunting a dramatically slimmer waistline at the premiere of Wreck-It Ralph in Hollywood on Monday (29Oct12), after suffering a setback last Christmas (11) and gaining back the pounds she'd previously shed.

She puts her new trim figure down to a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen, as well as daily encouragement she receives from actor McDermitt.

She tells People.com, "We'll text each other in the morning (about our hikes). Since the year began, I'm doing well. Everything's back on track."
