Superstar Mariah Carey has left a cancer-stricken fan speechless after offering to upgrade his seats for one of her Las Vegas concerts to celebrate the end of his chemotherapy treatment.

Massachusetts resident T.J. Gosselin reached out to his pop icon via Twitter.com on Sunday (14Jun15) and shared pictures from his family celebration, revealing he had been gifted with tickets to see Carey live during her Sin City residency.

He captioned the photo collage, "@MariahCarey I had my end of chemo party today best part = Vegas tickets to see you July 18th, shirt & butterfly cake".

Carey was moved by his message and decided to reach out to Gosselin directly on Tuesday (16Jun15) to help make the trip extra special, writing, "TJ, your story & strength inspires me! Would love to give you FRONT ROW tix (tickets) to my show on the 18th!"

The stunned fan responded, "@MariahCarey Oh my good Lord! I am dying right now! Thank you so much!! Love you to Infinity".

The We Belong Together hitmaker launched her Mariah #1 to Infinity residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in May (15) and recently extended the gigs into 2016.
