Macklemore + Ryan Lewis make it 10 weeks on top of the pop charts this year
Macklemore + Ryan Lewis' domination of the pop charts continues after the duo's Can't Hold Us landed a fourth week at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on Wednesday (29May13).
The rappers have now spent a total of 10 weeks on top of the charts this year and have had at least one track in the top 10 every week since the beginning of 2013 - a feat they share with Bruno Mars.
Pink's former number one Just Give Me a Reason is also unmoved for
a fourth week at number two, while Justin Timberlake's Mirrors
stays put at three.
Daft Punk's Get Lucky jumps up six spots to four and Florida
Georgia Line's Cruise bounces up a place to five, setting a new
chart record for the longest climb to the top five - the track has
spent 34 weeks on the chart creeping towards number one.
But the new chart's biggest story is the highest debut from the
late Zach Sobiech, who died earlier this month (May13).
The folk star's Clouds became a viral hit after his famous friends
got together for a video, in which they expressed their admiration
for him. The track debuts at number 26.
