Louis Tomlinson 'moving to Los Angeles for baby'

Louis Tomlinson is reportedly ready to move to Los Angeles ahead of the birth of his first child.

The One Direction heartthrob broke hearts around the world last year (15) when it was revealed he's to become a father with his close friend Briana Jungwirth. With a January (16) due date and claims the baby will arrive any day now, Louis is apparently set to up sticks from the UK to the US as he supports the mother of his child.

"Although they're not romantically involved, Louis thinks Briana is a great woman and will be a fabulous mother," a close pal of Louis' told MailOnline.

"Louis has been helping Briana financially and is prepared to get stuck in with all the tasks that caring for a baby demands."

His move to the City of Angels could have added benefits, as it will mean he's closer to his rumoured new girlfriend, The Originals star Danielle Campbell. The pair have been spotted together on several occasions since first being linked in December (15), including seemingly locking lips earlier in January (16), during a skiing trip in the Alps.

Louis has yet to properly speak about his impending fatherhood, but was put under the spotlight in August (15) when quizzed on Good Morning America. "Obviously it's a very exciting time, so I'm buzzing," he said.

His mum Johannah has also got stuck into her role as a grandmother, jetting out to Los Angeles in the lead-up to Christmas (15) to do some shopping with Briana. She and her husband Dan, Louis' stepfather, are reportedly planning to join the singer in Los Angeles when the tot is born.

Meanwhile Louis has joined millions of other people in paying tribute to musician David Bowie, who lost an 18-month battle to cancer on Sunday (10Jan16) aged 69.

"RIP David Bowie. A music Legend !" Louis wrote on Twitter on Monday morning (11Jan16).
