Lily Allen set for Hogmanay celebration in Scotland

Lily Allen will close out her comeback year by ringing in 2015 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The Smile singer has announced she'll be headlining the city's annual Hogmanay celebrations on 31 December (14).

She'll perform in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle during the Concert In The Gardens, as part of a nine-date U.K. tour.

Allen says, "I've always wanted to spend Hogmanay in Scotland so the fact that I get to do it this year, but performing on stage in front of a whole load of people up for the best time, makes it extra special."

Allen has just completed a run of U.S. shows as support to Miley Cyrus. Her U.K. tour will begin in November (14).
