Lily Allen angry with magazine bosses
Lily Allen has hit out at editors of a British magazine for refusing to use her married name in a special edition edited by the pop star.
The Smile hitmaker took the reins of ES Magazine this week (beg05Sep11), and she agreed to be interviewed about her recent marriage to Sam Cooper and her pregnancy.
But she was furious when the publication hit newsstands on Friday (09Sep11) because the article used her maiden name - and she blasted bosses at the mag, implying she had minimal input during her stint as editor.
In a series of posts on Twitter.com to the magazine's official blog, she writes, "Hey thanks for taking it upon yourselves to change my name back to Lily Allen in today's ES, when I specifically asked you not to. Way to go, so much fun working with you, really enjoyed the process of 'guest editing'. Hmmmmmm."
