LeAnn Rimes enjoys low-key wedding anniversary

Singer Leann Rimes marked two years of marriage to Eddie Cibrian this week (beg22Apr12) with a low-key anniversary celebration and a personalised cake.

The couple celebrated the milestone on Monday (22Apr13) and Rimes revealed the actor was working for most of the day, but he managed to find time to enjoy a special dinner with his wife in the evening.

Rimes posted online a picture of the card Cibrian gave her, as well as an "anniversary cake" which was decorated with lyrics from Patty Griffin's When It Don't Come Easy - the song chosen by the stars on their wedding day.

In a series of messages on Twitter.com, the singer writes, "Thank you all for the anniversary wishes. It's a happy day!... Love my hubby (sic) for the sweetest card... Beautiful anniversary, low key and lovely. Thx (thanks) for all your sweet well wishes..."

The couple met when they began an affair on the set of a TV movie and later divorced their respective spouses before marrying in 2011.
