Lady Gaga poses topless alongside Donatella Versace

Lady Gaga has posed topless for a saucy snap with her bosom buddy designer Donatella Versace.

The head of the Versace fashion house and the pop superstar became fast friends when Gaga brought her Born This Way Ball tour to Milan, Italy earlier this week (begs01Oct12), and entertained the designer at the company's headquarters in the city.

Donatella Versace thanked her new pal by lending her a string of stunning gowns, including the infamous safety pin dress which catapulted Elizabeth Hurley to fame in 1994.

And Lady Gaga showed her fans how close the pair had become by sharing a snap of the duo posing for a picture. The singer covers her bare breasts with her arm.
