Lady Gaga left concussed after pole accident

Lady Gaga was left dazed and confused during a show in New Zealand on Sunday (10Jun12) when a dancer accidentally hit her on the head with a pole.

The singer suffered a concussion but refused to stop the Born This Way Ball show in Auckland.

According to fan site Gagamedia.net, the Poker Face singer continued with the performance for another 16 songs before telling fans, "I want to apologise. I hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show."

Lady Gaga's make-up artist later took to Twitter.com to assure fans the star would be OK, writing, "Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I'm taking care of her. cant believe she finished the show."

Ironically, Gaga's concussion comes a week after pop peer Justin Bieber knocked himself out during a concert in Paris. He also suffered a concussion.
