Lady Gaga fans contact online bosses over her wellbeing

Lady Gaga has been contacted by bosses at online photo-sharing network Instagram.com after fans bombarded the company with concerns over her mental health.

Worried followers alerted bosses after the Poker Face hitmaker shared snaps of her depressing handwritten lyrics on the site earlier this week (begs12Oct13).

Samples of songs included, "Each day I cry, I feel so low from living high" and "Been hurtin' low from living high, I'm sorry I love you", and the morose messages caused alarm among fans and led to Instagram executives writing an email to the star.

The message reads, "Members of the Instagram community have raised concerns for your well-being after seeing posts you've shared. We're reaching out to provide you with some important safety information."

However, the pop superstar managed to see the humorous side of the incident, taking to Twitter.com on Wednesday (16Oct13), to share a screenshot of the email alongside the message, "What the actual hell. hahahaha (sic)."
