Kylie Jenner making DJ debut at Vegas nightclub
Reality TV starlet Kylie Jenner will be showing off her mixing skills during a DJ set at a Las Vegas nightclub over the Memorial Day weekend.
n Sunday 29 May (16) the 18-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star will be behind the decks playing music for partygoers at the SLS Las Vegas Resort's Foxtail Nightclub.
Bosses at the trendy hotel and casino made the announcement on the
resort's Twitter account on Thursday (12May16), writing: "We’re
excited to welcome style icon @KylieJenner to @foxtailatsls on 5/29
for her highly anticipated DJ debut!"
Kylie has been making several moves in recent months connected to
her emerging career as a musician.
Back in early April (16) she released a surprise promotional video
entitled Glosses and although it was created to promote her Kylie
Cosmetics lip kit lines, the teenager also chose to utilize the
clip as a platform for her vocal skills, singing throughout the
footage.
In addition to this, Kylie made her singing debut on rapper Lil
Yachty's new track Beautiful Day, released 4 May (16). However,
Kylie's appearance on Beautiful Day was not well received, as many
people slammed her following accusations she used the racial slur
"n**ga" in the song.
The teenager's music industry strides are coming at a time when
it's claimed she is experiencing a huge amount of heartbreak in her
personal life.
Rumors are rife she has split up from her rapper boyfriend of two
years Tyga and although the pair has reportedly had an on-off
romance since the beginning, it's claimed this time the stars have
called it quits for good.
"The two have broken up before, but this time there's no going
back," a source told TMZ.
This isn't the only personal upheaval she's experienced recently -
her relationship with Tyga also hit headlines earlier this year
(16) when her half-brother Rob Kardashian started dating the mother
of Tyga's son, Blac Chyna. Blac and Rob are now engaged and
expecting their first child together.
