Kim Kardashian wants to be excused from hairy lawsuit

Kim Kardashian has asked a judge to excuse her from a court battle over hair removal products.

Attorneys for beauty company Radiant slapped the socialite with a lawsuit in November (11) after she promoted a rival company's TRIA home laser hair removal system.

She was accused of making a false endorsement by telling her fans that TRIA can be used all over the body and gives permanent results. Radiant bosses maintain Kim Kardashian's claim is untrue and puts their no!no! hair removal system at an unfair disadvantage.

Now the brunette beauty has hit back at Radiant in new legal filings - she insists the statements she made about using TRIA all over her body are an honest reflection of her opinions and experiences, according to TMZ.com.

She is quoted as saying under oath, "Being Armenian and hairy, I thought (TRIA) was the perfect product."
