Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 'move out of Kris Jenner's home'
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally moved into their mansion in Bel Air, California almost three years after buying it.
The couple purchased their first joint home, an $11 million Italian-style mansion, when Kim was pregnant with North in 2013, but it had to undergo extensive renovations and they moved into Kim's mum, Kris Jenner's home in Calabasas, California while the work took place.
The remodelling was reportedly completed in November (15) and after
almost three years, Kim and Kanye appeared to finally relocate to
the mansion on Tuesday (29Mar16), when a moving van was spotted on
the property.
However, Kim, Kanye, and their two children North and Saint, will
not be calling the mansion home for long because it was listed for
$20 million in November (15) before it had even been lived in.
The couple bought another property in the Hidden Hills
neighbourhood of California for $20 million in 2014 and are
awaiting for renovations to be finished there before they move
again.
The three-and-a-half acre estate is close to Kris' place and boasts
eight bedrooms, two pools, two spas, a vineyard and an
entertainment pavilion and sports court.
Kim, 35, told People.com in 2014 could not wait to move into the
Hidden Hills property, saying, "I am so ready to be out of my mom's
house, you have no idea. But it will be nice to still be
close."
She also explained that their idea of a perfect home changed after
having North in June, 2013. She said, "When we bought our Bel Air
house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant. After you
have a baby, you realise that you need so many other things and a
different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life.
We wanted to be away and have more privacy."
Kim and Kanye, who married in Florence, Italy in May, 2014, are
also parents to son Saint West, who was born in December (15).
