Khloe Kardashian praised by ex-boyfriend French Montana

Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriend French Montana has praised her for standing by Lamar Odom, calling her treatment of him "a beautiful thing".

The reality TV star rushed to be with her estranged husband Lamar after he was taken to hospital unconscious last week (ends18Oct15). He is alleged to have suffered a drug overdose induced by cocaine and a herbal pill similar to Viagra and was in a coma for three days after being discovered in a Las Vegas brothel.

Khloe didn't leave Lamar's side in hospital and travelled with him when he was discharged on Monday (19Oct15), and her former boyfriend, rapper French Montana, is impressed by her commitment.

"It's a beautiful thing what she's doing," he told the New York Daily News. "I feel like every woman should do that... I feel like once somebody's going through a critical condition, I feel like people should step up to the plate to help."

Khloe's family - including mum Kris Jenner, sister Kim Kardashian and stepsister Kendall Jenner - all supported her at the hospital, with Kim posting a message on Instagram.com after Lamar woke up on Friday (16Oct15).

On Tuesday (20Oct15) Khloe, who split from Lamar in 2013, broke her silence via social media, thanking fans for their support and saying without it she doesn't know how she would have coped.

It is thought basketball star Lamar will need extensive rehab as he recovers, with Khloe said to be readying to support him through that.
