Khloe Kardashian: 'Kris Jenner's affair destroyed my dad'

Kris Jenner's affair "destroyed" her late husband, Khloe Kardashian has revealed.

The reality television matriarch was married to lawyer Robert Kardashian for 13 years during which she had an affair with a producer in 1985. She has since called the infidelity the "biggest regret" of her life, and her daughter Khloe has revealed Kris' cheating and its effect on her father, who died of cancer in 2003, will stop her from ever being unfaithful in a relationship herself.

"I saw how it destroyed my dad," Khloe said on Wednesday night's (02Mar16) episode of Kocktails with Khloe. "I saw what it it did to my dad so I don't want to do that. I also saw the regret from my mom."

Khloe's confession comes after she accused her basketball player beau James Harden of cheating on her.

The 31-year-old reality star has had a difficult few months, after her estranged husband Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel last October (15). After a lengthy hospital stay, he is currently undergoing rehabilitation - all with Khloe by his side.

Despite allegations Lamar cheated on her during their marriage, Khloe insisted that wasn't the case and she was very happy in her marriage

"People can say whatever they want about Lamar, but our relationship was so unbelievable," she said. "The good outweighed the bad … I still have only great things to say about him. But he also set the bar (high for future relationships)."

Fans of Khloe and Lamar have been encouraged by recent pictures of the pair enjoying each other's company, speculating that there could be a reunion in the future.

While Khloe dismissed these reports, insisting she and Lamar are just friends, she did say she is keen for her former spouse to find happiness in the future - whether it's with her or not.

"I want Lamar to be happy with his life," she said. "I feel like that is my role."
