Khloe Kardashian: 'I'll never cut Lamar Odom from my life'

Reality star Khloe Kardashian always tries to stay on good terms with ex-partners if they have had a significant impact on her life.

The 31-year-old is cordial with ex-boyfriend, rapper French Montana, and has also been a pillar of strength to estranged husband Lamar Odom, following his drug overdose in a Nevada brothel last year (15).

In a new blog post published on her website on Monday (21Mar16), Khloe revealed she always does her best to remain friendly with a former flame.

"Just because you break up with someone doesn't mean you lose that connection," she wrote. "I always want to feel like I can say hi to anyone I've had a relationship with if I saw them in public. I never want to go anywhere and be nervous because so-and-so is there."

When it comes to Lamar, 36, the fact their union ended in December, 2013 after four years of marriage doesn't mean she wants to cut the sportsman from her life altogether.

"If it's a relationship that served a purpose in my life, like Lamar, why wouldn't I want them in my life afterward?" the stunning TV personality argued, before revealing she doesn't take the same approach to lovers who are just a passing fling.

"I don't need to stay friends with a guy I f**ked for two weeks LOL (laugh out loud)," she added.

Her desire to keep in touch with the key men in her life doesn't stop at those she has had romances with though, as she also spoke of her relationship with sister Kourtney's ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick.

The couple split last summer after nearly 10 years together and Khloe cannot imagine not having Scott around.

"He was a huge part of our family and always will be," she said of Scott, who fathered three children with Kourtney.
