Kevin Jonas introduces baby girl online

Pop star Kevin Jonas has introduced fans to his newborn daughter Valentina in a sweet post on Instagram.

The former Jonas Brothers member became a father for the second time on Thursday (27Oct16), when his wife Danielle gave birth to a sibling for their two-year-old daughter Alena.

Proud uncle Nick Jonas broke the news to fans in a series of social media posts at the time, and on Sunday (30Oct16), new dad Kevin offered up the first glimpse of his baby girl.

In the photo, Kevin is featured cradling the newborn. He captioned it, "Say hello to my newest love Valentina".

The couple, which wed in 2009, confirmed the tot's arrival in a statement issued to People.com.

"We are so excited to welcome our new baby girl, Valentina Angelina Jonas to the world today," the Jonases said. "She is healthy and beautiful and we couldn't be happier!"

They added of daughter Alena, "(She) already can't wait for Valentina to come home and start being a big sister."
