Kendall's endorsements with the likes of Estee Lauder, Adidas, and La Perla helped her land the top spot, while her earnings from hit family reality TV series Keeping up With the Kardashians and the Kendall + Kylie clothing line she runs with sister Kylie Jenner also count.
Another Brazilian, Adriana Lima, is fourth on the new rich list with a $10.5 million fortune from the past 12 months, while Gigi Hadid and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tie for fifth place with $9.5 million.
The top 10 also features Hadid's sister Bella, Liu Wen, Ashley Graham, and Karlie Kloss, who returned to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway on Monday (20Nov17) in Shanghai, China after a break from the catwalk to focus on her studies.
On Monday, Beyonce was named the world's highest paid woman in music by Forbes editors.
The Drunk in Love singer made $105 million before taxes from June, 2016 to June, 2017 in part because of her highly successful Lemonade album and Formation World Tour.
Adele followed in second place with $69 million, while Taylor Swift came in third with $44 million. Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez rounded out the top five with $42 million and $38 million, respectively.
Dolly Parton, Rihanna, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and Barbra Streisand also placed in the top 10.
