Kelly Brook denies ex-boyfriend caused split

British actress/model Kelly Brook has confirmed she is single again but denies her love split is related to her close friendship with an ex-boyfriend.

The Piranha 3D star hit headlines on Friday (01Feb13) amid reports she has split from rugby ace Thom Evans after two years together.

The rumour sparked speculation their romance collapsed over Brook's closeness to her former boyfriend Danny Cipriani, but Brook spoke out on Friday to deny anyone else is involved.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Thom and I mutually agreed to go our separate ways some time ago. It had absolutely nothing to do with a third party."

Brook split from Cipriani in June, 2010 and began dating Evans later that year. She announced in March, 2011 that she was pregnant but later suffered a miscarriage.
