Kellan Lutz married

Twilight star Kellan Lutz is celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday as a married man.

The 32-year-old actor took to Instagram on Thursday (23Nov17) to announce that he and TV personality Brittany Gonzales are husband and wife.

"Thanksgiving by far is my most favorite holiday of all," he wrote in a note dotted with turkey and smiling face emojis. "I try to live a lifestyle of gratitude and appreciate everyone and everything I have every day. This year has been the best year of them all and I am extremely thankful and grateful to go on all of life’s adventures with my best friend and dream wife!!!

"I LOVE YOU SO MUCH @brittanybg. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone."

He didn't go into details about the wedding ceremony.

Kellan confirmed his engagement to Brittany in October (17), a month after they were were reportedly overheard discussing plans for their upcoming nuptials in New York City. The bride-to-be was was also spotted wearing an engagement ring.

The actor did not comment on the rumors at the time, but during an appearance on comedian Steve Harvey's talk show last month (Oct17), the host referred to Brittany as Lutz's fiancee and the actor responded, "Yep, (she's the) light of my life."

Brittany worked with Harvey on his popular TV game show Family Feud.

Kellan and Brittany have been private about their relationship, but last year (16) the actor gushed about her on Instagram, writing: "2016 has been an amazing year and I thank God for all that he has blessed me with. The biggest blessing has been finding the love of my life and the ONE he has promised me..."

He added: "Over a year ago, in a season of being single, I wrote a letter to God with all the qualities I truly wanted in my future wife. I stayed strong, I pressed in, I fixed some things I didn't know I needed to fix and after a period of prayer, patience, and perseverance, He brought her into my life in the most beautiful of ways..."

Kellan previously dated actress AnnaLynne McCord and split from on/off girlfriend Sharni Vinson in 2013.
