Country singer Keith Urban is heading back to American Idol as a judge.
The Somebody Like You hitmaker is the first panellist to be announced by executives at Fox for season 13. He will be the only returning judge from season 12 following the departures of Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson earlier this summer (13).
Announcing the news on Thursday (01Aug13), Fox entertainment chief
