Kayla Ewell weds

The Vampire Diaries star Kayla Ewell has married her boyfriend in a ceremony in California.

Ewell wed Tanner Novlan in front of 200 guests at the Jonathan Club in Los Angeles on Saturday (12Sep15). The pair got engaged earlier this year (15) in Santa Monica, California, while on a private boat.

The bride, who wore a Monique Lhuillier gown for the nuptials, had her uncle officiating the ceremony, and her Vampire Diaries co-star Candice Accola was one of her six bridesmaids, according to People.com.

Ewell said, "I was in her (Accola's) wedding. When you go through that with someone, you have a bond with them afterward that is unlike any other feeling."

Nina Dobrev, Michael Trevino, Zach Roerig and Sara Canning were also guests at the ceremony, and Ewell said of her co-stars, "They're really special. It's been really fun, and it means a lot that they're all coming."

Ewell and Novlan met five years ago (10) on the set of Australian band Sick Puppies' music video for their single Maybe.
