Katy Perry sells off Russell Brand marital home

Singer Katy Perry has sold off the California house she shared with ex-husband Russell Brand.

The couple purchased the West Hollywood estate for $6.5 million in 2011 and she was granted the property, which they never moved into, when she split from the funnyman, as part of their divorce settlement in 2012.

The 1920s Mediterranean style house, which boasts seven bedrooms, a pool house, guest house and a lagoon-style swimming pool, was listed for $6 million .
