Katy Perry helps deliver friend's baby

Singer Katy Perry played midwife on Wednesday (26Feb14) when she helped her friend give birth.

The Roar hitmaker was at a pregnant friend's home when the woman went into labour and ended up having the baby in her lounge with Perry's assistance.

Perry later told fans of her achievement, writing in a post on Twitter.com, "Finally you can add 'helps delivers babies in living rooms' to my resume! It's been a miracle of a day... Auntie Katy aka Stylist Auntie."
