Kate Hudson hires Emmy Award winner for dance lessons

Kate Hudson has teamed up with Emmy Award-winning choreographer/dancer Derek Hough in a bid to keep fit and stay toned.

The health conscious actress loves to incorporate her love of dancing in her work-outs and she has hired Dancing With the Stars regular Hough as her partner.

She tells the new issue of Shape magazine, "I love to dance. It's my creative outlet. My heart is really in contemporary jazz, but lately I've been ballroom dancing with Derek Hough. It's been a real blast."

Hudson recently showed off her dancing and acting skills on Glee when she played a tough New York performing arts school teacher opposite the show's star Lea Michele.
