Kanye West sends custom sneakers to help fan walk again

Kanye West has gifted a once-paralyzed fan with a pair of his custom Adidas Yeezy sneakers for proving "anything is possible" after learning to walk again.

Tyler Wesley broke his neck in a devastating car accident five years ago, which left him with limited mobility from the shoulders down.

Doctors declared he would never walk again, but the Colorado resident was determined to get back on his feet, and after years of physical therapy, Tyler has been able to take a few steps with the help of a walking aid.

He has been documenting his progress on Instagram, and his story caught the attention of Kanye, who decided to have a pair of his highly-coveted Yeezy Boost 350 shoes to the devotee.

Inside the package was a card signed by the Stronger hitmaker, which read: "Tyler, You are an inspiration. You show the world anything is possible. Thank you for sharing your journey."

Tyler shared a photo of the unexpected gift and the accompanying note on Instagram, and captioned it, "Thank you #KanyeWest & @adidasoriginals for the Custom 'Cream White' Yeezy Boost 350 V2".
