Kanye West: 'Kim's nude selfies are like Renaissance paintings'
Kanye West has compared Kim Kardashian not sharing her nude selfies to Adele not singing.
The 35-year-old reality star is known for sharing sexy naked snaps of herself, with a picture she shared on Instagram back in March (16) causing a global furore.
While stars including Chloe Grace Moretz and Bette Midler slammed
Kim at the time for baring all (bar censor strips) for the shot,
one person who fully supports Kim making the pictures public is her
husband, rapper Kanye.
"I love her nude selfies. Like, I love the ones from the side, the
back ones, and the front. I just love seeing her naked; I love
nudity," he told Harper's Bazaar magazine. "And I love beautiful
shapes. I feel like it's almost a Renaissance thing, a painting, a
modern version of a painting. I think it's important for Kim to
have her figure. To not show it would be like Adele not
singing."
The interview was accompanied by several new snaps of Kim and
Kanye, including one of the musician using his cell phone to take a
picture of his wife, who is laying seductively on the bed.
The couple were also asked what part of each other's bodies they
love the most, with both answering separately the other's heart.
Kim added: "And I've always loved his legs."
Kanye, 39, is no stranger to causing controversy on the Internet
either, and has hit headlines in the past for various feuds on
Twitter. However, he insists that one of the major misconceptions
the public has about him is that he contemplates these remarks
before he makes them.
"I actually don't like thinking," he said. "I think people think I
like to think a lot. And I don't. I do not like to think at
all."
Kanye was also asked to describe his mindset in his approach to
life, to which he answered: "I'm a mix of a 14-year-old high
schooler and a 60-year-old guy. It can never fall into the 30s or
the 40s. It has to be 100 per cent 60 or 100 per cent 14, no in
between."
