Kanye West heartbroken by Black Skinhead video leak

Kanye West has been left heartbroken after an unfinished video for his new track Black Skinhead leaked online on Monday (08Jul13).

Fans of the Stronger hitmaker flocked to check out the footage for the first official clip from his new album, Yeezus, after it surfaced on the Internet, but it appears the release of the three-minute black and white film was not authorised.

West took to his Twitter.com blog on Tuesday (09Jul13) to plead with devotees to be patient and wait to watch the finished work of art.

In a series of posts, the new dad writes, "The BLKKK SKKKN HD (sic) video that leaked yesterday was not the official version.

"Me and Nick Knight have been working on this video for 5 months and for creatives it's heartbreaking when something like this happens. Allow me and Nick to give the world what we've been losing sleep over. The final version will be ready within the next week."
