Kanye West blasts Jimmy Kimmel over TV spoof
Kanye West has published a scathing rant aimed at Jimmy Kimmel after the TV presenter spoofed the rapper on his late-night talk show.
The comedian recently poked fun at West's hour-long BBC Radio 1 interview by recreating it with a child actor playing the outspoken hip-hop star on his show Jimmy Kimmel Live!
However, West appears to have been offended by the sketch, and the
new father took to his Twitter.com page on Thursday (26Sep13) to
criticize Kimmel.
In all capital letters, West tweeted, "Jimmy Kimmel is out of line
to try and spoof in any way the first piece of honest media in
years. Jimmy Kimmel, I don't take it as a joke... You don't have
scum bags hopping over fences trying to take pictures of your
daughter. Jimmy Kimmel, put yourself in my shoes... Oh no that
means you would have gotten too much good p**sy in your life. You
can't put yourself in my shoes. Your face looks crazy... Is that
funny? Or if I had a kid say it would it be funny???"
He then referenced Kimmel's comedienne ex-girlfriend, adding,
"Sarah Silverman is a thousand times funnier than you and the whole
world knows it!!!"
Kimmel took to the site to respond to West's messages, tweeting,
"Apparently Kanye West is VERY VERY ANGRY with me..." before
telling followers, "I'll tell you the whole story about Kanye West
tonight on the show - this is not a prank, I promise (unless it's
being played on me)."
